Located twenty-five miles from Downtown Portland and four miles northwest of Cedar Mill, the Bethany neighborhood is an unincorporated community in Washington County with about 21,000 residents. The area was first settled in the mid-1870s by a man named Ulrich Gerber from Switzerland.
Bethany is appealing for a variety of buyers with an abundance of small residential communities with around 100 homes, several apartment buildings and condominiums and spacious, private estates. The neighborhood is served by the Beaverton school district with four elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. A short commute to Downtown, Bethany provides the comfort of suburban life with easy access to urban culture.

Neighbors can effortlessly enjoy upscale shopping, dining, medical centers and a variety of businesses. During the summertime you can support local venders at the Bethany Farmer’s Market.
